Placentia-Linda Hospital offers complimentary local transportation to and from the Hospital for certain eligible patients within the Hospital’s service area for non-emergency care at the Hospital. Please understand that not all patients are eligible for complimentary local transportation and that certain restrictions and limitations apply. To determine whether you are eligible, please call our Admitting Department at 714-524-4872 for details. We ask that you please allow 48 hours advance notice to arrange your transportation.

OTHER RESOURCES

Although not affiliated with or endorsed by Placentia Linda Hospital, there are other forms of transportation available to those guests who are unable to get to the Hospital for non-emergency services. Those other forms of transportation are as follows:  

The TRAILS bus offers transportation for Yorba Linda residents over the age of 55. Transportation hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The cost is $1 per one-way trip Please call the Yorba Linda Senior Center at 714-961-7181 for more details. ·

The Brea Shuttle provides curb-to-curb transportation service for $1 per trip Monday through Friday. Service hours are between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This service is available only for Brea residents and destinations are limited within Brea city limits, or to either Placentia-Linda Hospital or St. Jude Medical Center. To arrange transportation with the Brea Shuttle, please call 1-800-581-RIDE (7433). Please call 24 hours prior to pick up.     ·
