PLACENTIA, CA – December 9, 2010 – Placentia-Linda Hospital announced that it acquired Anaheim Hills Medical Imaging in Anaheim from Trinity Health Care LLC, which offers outpatient diagnostic imaging services to the local area. The addition of this center adds 10 employees to the Placentia-Linda team of professionals and expands imaging services offered by the hospital. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The name of the center has changed to Anaheim Hills Imaging Center, an affiliate of the Placentia-Linda Health Network and is located approximately seven miles from the hospital at 500 S. Anaheim Hills Rd., Ste. 136, Anaheim, CA 92807. The center is well established in the community with a good reputation and features a friendly and professional staff offering STAT/same-day appointments and 24-hour report turnaround time.
Professional services are provided by Newport Diagnostic Radiology, who goes out of their way to provide the best possible care to each patient and physician. In addition, the facility’s MRI is accredited by the American College of Radiology.
In October, 2009, Placentia-Linda opened Rose Plaza Imaging Center on the hospital’s campus, featuring Open High Field MRI; Digital Mammography and Stereotactic Biopsy; Breast MRI; Digital Ultrasound; Digital X-Ray; and Bone Densitometry, in a relaxed, spa-like modern atmosphere. The center has done well and is being established as a top choice for imaging services in the area.
