Placentia-Linda Hospital has received the Blue Shield and Blue Cross of California Blue Distinction Center status for Knee and Hip replacements.  This is a national quality designation given by Blue Cross and Blue Shield to Hospitals that have demonstrated expertise in delivering better overall outcomes for knee and hip replacement patients.  Qualifying programs offer comprehensive inpatient knee and hip replacement services, including total knee replacement and hip replacement surgeries.
