Our Goals
We understand that time away from work can be difficult for both the employee and the employer. Yet, rushing through treatment won't benefit either in the long run. That's why we carefully examine patients and decide on a course of treatment that's appropriate. Our goal is to provide quality medical care through good communication and timely referrals to appropriate specialists. For employers, we understand the importance of cost efficiency. Referrals for additional care and services are made as appropriate.

Communication is Key
The success of our program and the employee's recovery may be influenced by communication with the employer and the insurance company. Our physicians will work with employers' modified work programs and encourage "modified work" status as opposed to "off work" status whenever it is appropriate for the employee.
