The employee-based survey of 21 questions in several categories, conducted by the Orange County Register newspaper, was analyzed by WorkPlace Dynamics.  The methodology used to choose a top workplace was based on the employee feedback in the categories of Direction, Execution, Managers, Career, Conditions and Pay & Benefits.  The company rankings are calculated purely on the employees’ responses to the questions asked – so the results are based solely on employee feedback.  A total of 15,043 employees at 121 companies across Orange County participated and gave their opinions on their workplace. 

One of our employees commented in their survey, “I love my job because all employees have a smile on their face which makes it like a family and a very pleasant place to work.  We are fairly small, so everyone knows each other and it feels like a big family of friends.  Senior management rewards all employees for excellence.  It is like a second home.  I have so many friends here.”
