Normal visiting hours for Placentia-Linda Hospital are Noon to 8 p.m. daily.  All visits are subject to physician orders.  Children under the age of 18 and pregnant women are restricted from visiting patient and hospital areas.

DOU/TELEMETRY UNIT (DEFINITIVE OBSERVATION UNIT)
Noon to 8 p.m.

ICU (INTENSIVE CARE UNIT)
24 hours a day, just no visiting from 7-8 a.m. and 7-8 p.m.
For the safety and comfort of our ICU patients, we ask that visitations be kept to not more than 5 minutes per hour and two visitors per bedside at any given time.  We also request that visits be kept to immediate family members only.

Placentia-Linda Hospital offers quiet and comforting areas for patients and families to wait for loved ones.

The Lobby is our main waiting area and also for those waiting for surgery patients and new admissions. The Lobby features a television, comfortable chairs and couches and newspapers for your reading enjoyment. The Gift Shop is also located in the Main Lobby and features many unique and special gifts as well as flowers, candy, gum and other sundries.

The Chapel is located on the main hallway and offers quiet time and space for meditation.

Our Emergency Department features a recently upgraded waiting room with a television and reading materials.

The DOU/ICU Waiting Area is located in the DOU hallway and offers quiet space for you.  

The Surgical Pavilion Waiting Area is located at the Surgical Pavilion entrance on the South side of the hospital.  Visitors may check in here until the patient goes to surgery and then are asked to go to the Main Lobby to wait for the report on their loved one.
