- Pregnant or have children in the home

You may obtain a Medi-Cal application.
Charity Care Program
Charity Care is available if you don’t have the resources to pay your hospital expenses and don’t qualify for any government programs. If your household income is below 350 percent of the federal poverty limit or if your out-of-pocket medical costs exceed 10 percent of your household income in the past 12 months, you may qualify for Charity Care. You will be required to provide information about your household finances through a confidential application. To determine your eligibility, you also will need documentation to verify your circumstances. For more information, contact the Financial Assistance Center at (888) 233-7868 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
Uninsured Discount Program
Uninsured patients are eligible for our Compact with Uninsured discounts. Placentia-Linda’s patient advocates will help you understand the rules of eligibility for the Uninsured Discount Program.
Nonprofit credit counseling services also are available in the community.
