Support Groups

Educational and emotional support is important to overcoming any health issue – whether you’re trying to quit smoking or managing diabetes or other diseases. At Placentia-Linda Hospital, we offer the following educational support groups: 

ALZHEIMER’S SUPPORT GROUP

Presented by Placentia-Linda Hospital Walk-ins welcome. This group offers support to those affected by Alzheimer’s including education, group discussions and small groups for individualized needs.

4th Monday of the Month • 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm Placentia-Linda Hospital • Meeting Room 11301 N. Rose Drive • Placentia 92870

The American Lung Association also has classes and educational information for tobacco users who want to quit. Visit the website of the American Lung Association of Orange County.

You can also access educational information on tobacco use from the American Heart Association.

The free series of evening sessions is offered quarterly at Placenta-Linda. For reservations, call (888) 573-2462.
